Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
I, the Personal Data Subject, user of the website http://anastasia-fashiondoll.su (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), hereby give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Anastasia Viktorovna Tarasova (Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 732897965709, hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) for the processing of my personal data under the following conditions, as well as under the conditions specified in the Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy available on the Website at http://anastasia-fashiondoll.su/agree-en

I have been informed that the Website is created on the Tilda platform, owned by Tilda Publishing JSC (Primary State Registration Number (OGRN) 1247700830354, 107031, Moscow, Tverskoy Municipal District, 2 Petrovskie Linii St., Premises 4/1). Taking into account the technical specifics of the platform’s operation, I grant the Operator consent to entrust the processing of my personal data (surname, first name, patronymic, residential address, country of residence, city of residence, telephone number) to Tilda Publishing JSC for the purpose of automating interaction processes with the Operator within the framework of the personal data processing purpose specified in this Consent and providing me with the opportunity to use the Website and its services. I have been informed that operation of the Website by the Operator is impossible without granting such entrustment.
Term of validity of the consent: until the purpose of personal data processing is achieved or until consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn / the Operator receives a request to terminate the processing of personal data.
Withdrawal of consent: this consent may be withdrawn by the Subject at any time by sending a written statement to the Operator at the Operator’s email address: anastasia.fashiondoll@gmail.com. The statement must contain the surname and first name of the applicant and an indication that consent to the processing of personal data provided to the Operator is being withdrawn. The Operator has the right, after receipt of the withdrawal of consent, as well as after expiration of the validity period of the consent, to continue processing personal data to the extent that such processing does not require consent under applicable law (Clause 2, Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”).
